KINGS OF PARTHIA. Pakoros I, circa 78-120. Diobol (Silver, 13 mm, 1.32 g, 11 h), uncertain mint in Persis. Diademed and draped bust of Pakoros II to left, wearing tiara. Rev. Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow; below bow, monogram; around, blundered legend. Sellwood, New Parthian, pl. 42, 8 var. Shore 402-3 var. Sunrise 436. Rare. An exceptionally sharp and attractive piece. Extremely fine.
